I've had the pleasure of planning executive retreats at Luxury hotels. I can say that they were the best event-planning times I've ever had!

What was unique about them?

Being as creative as I needed to be without budgetary restrictions.

One memorial executive retreat outing was cruising on a yacht in San Diego, we started the cruise in the early evening, and the weather and atmosphere were superb.

I would go yachting again any day!
